Kindly inform us with a written reason for the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the item. To be eligible: - The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging. - Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or the name used for the order). Refunds for Sale Items - All items, including sale items, are refundable and exchangeable under the same terms. Order Cancellations Ebaadah MensWear reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control. Shipping For returns: - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. - If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
